FijiPlaza.com Seller Contract

By creating a seller account and listing items for sale on FijiPlaza, you, the seller, agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. You will provide accurate and complete information about yourself, your business, and the items you list for sale on FijiPlaza.
2. You are responsible for ensuring that the items you list for sale on FijiPlaza comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
3. You will not list any items that are counterfeit or that infringe on any intellectual property rights.
4. You will be solely responsible for the delivery of the items to the buyer, including the cost of shipping and handling.
5. You will promptly and accurately process all orders and shipments, and provide tracking information to the buyer as soon as it is available.
6. You will be responsible for handling any customer complaints or issues that may arise in relation to the items you sell on FijiPlaza.
7. You will be responsible for collecting and remitting any taxes that may be due on the items you sell on FijiPlaza.
8. You will promptly respond to any requests for information from FijiPlaza, including requests for additional information about your business or the items you list for sale on FijiPlaza.
9. You will not engage in any unfair or deceptive practices, such as falsely inflating the price of an item, or providing false information about the item.
10. You will be responsible for following the FijiPlaza's refund policy and will be able to handle customer refund request.
11. You will be responsible for following the FijiPlaza's advertising policy and will be able to handle customer complaints.
12. You will be required to provide 3% commission to FijiPlaza on each sale made on the platform.
13. You will be required to pay the subscription fee as per the plan chosen.
14. You will be responsible for keeping the account details updated and paying subscription fees on time.
15. FijiPlaza reserves the right to terminate your seller account at any time if you violate these terms and conditions.

By creating a seller account and listing items for sale on FijiPlaza, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you should not create a seller account or list items for sale on FijiPlaza.
